By relentlessly moving forward, BFSAA works to enhance the Black experience campus-wide while simultaneously promoting an amicable and professional experience for Black faculty, staff, administrators, and students. Our vision is to be a catalyst for change, advocating for access and excellence for the MSU Black community at-large. Through advocacy we strive to be a collective voice to ensure that there is equitable representation in leadership positions and to hold the university accountable in the commitment to inclusive excellence. The BFSAA membership is open to all who want to participate.
