The MSU Center for Survivors Claimant Advisor will provide timely, non-judgmental, compassionate care to survivors of sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, relationship violence, and stalking. Claimant Advisors assist claimants participating in the Formal Grievance Process under the Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct and Title IX Policy (RVSM Policy). A Claimant Advisor will review and prepare documents to support a Claimant’s assertion of relationship violence and sexual misconduct under the RVSM Policy. Claimant Advisors assist claimants at University RVSM and Title IX formal grievance hearings.
